We just enjoyed our third stay at this hotel, and our experience was wonderful, as usual. The staff is top notch, particularly Sharona at the front desk, and bartender Renita. We stay there every time we're in Troy. I also like the fact that they have ecologically responsible housekeeping practices.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Only issue was lack of water pressure in the shower when adjusting temperature. You either had boiling hot or freezing cold at full pressure. There was no pressure in between.
