Cheap below average to average hotel. There wasn't any soap or shampoo. The toilet didn't flush properly and there was no plunger. Pretty good location. Nice hotel kitchenette.

Check in and check out went well. I had read some reviews and hoped for the best. There wasn't any bugs except for a dead beetle by the bed. It could have been swept better, but it was better than I actually expected. Something that I believe that they could have done was actually cleaned my room while I was out for the day. I left before 9am. I thought I would have clean towels at least, but nothing was done. I stayed 2 nights.

Okay where do I start? My room was clean and the cleaning staff is good and nice but aside from that People was Fighting almost every day someone in different room, one of them called the cops. Doors keep slamming all times of the night waking me up, kids was racing down the hall,dogs was barking. I just couldn't get any rest or peace for my whole stay. I also seen 2 roaches while I was there. The staff is ok but the people who stay there are very noisy.

The front desk changed our room to what we ask for when booking. We didn't have any kitchen ware to eat or cook on. Didn't know the policy of getting them either. One of the reasons we booked for a week. On Thursday the power was out half the day and all night and didn't turn back on until well into Friday and the food in the refrigerator had to be tossed. No sigh of the staff at any time during the black out.
