"We booked this accommodation for four days, but unfortunately, the heating did not work properly for the first three days. The heating system was electronically controlled and was very complicated to operate. Apparently, one radiator had to be switched off for the others to work. As a result, the accommodation was extremely cold. There were three of us staying there, and unfortunately, all three of us became seriously ill with very bad colds. The stairs leading to the upper floor were...

"The house is very spacious with ample crockery. We had fantastic communication with the owner who responded very quickly and was always available. Switzerland and Germany are within easy reach and the location is stunning. I 100% recommend this property and would definitely go back again."

"Clean Rooms, nice small Pool. On Check in Staff has to do everywhere in the Hotel and is not always on the Check in Counter. So you need to wait until you can enter the check in hall."

"Rooms were much more basic than advertised and breakfast was stale food"

"This hotel was small but perfect! It was pristine with great amenities; restraint served authentic local cuisine, every recommended dish I tried d was delicious. Location had cute cafes around and hotel was directly across from an art studio which was a pleasant surprise and added bonus. -Sylvia"

"Great welcome and cleanliness; however, the room was very small and the bathroom outdated."

"Magnificent old world hotel. Beautifully decorated."

"Our stay at this hotel was a disappointing experience, and we were not satisfied. The refrigerator in our room did not work, so the five of us had to drink warm beverages during our stay. In addition, there was no shampoo provided in the bathroom. These are basic amenities that guests should be able to expect. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this hotel based on our experience."

"We stayed here for a quick stop in Mulhouse. The setup is very simple and minimal, which was perfect for what we needed. For the price, it’s really hard to beat. The staff was also very welcoming!"

"We really enjoyed Hotel Kuentz! Clean cute room, food was great, lots of parking, staff was super!"

"Hotel was being refurbished. We were not notified of this at the time of booking. As a result: No secure parking. No restaurant. No bar. No pool/gym/Spa. Had to have breakfast in a local restaurant. Send email to hotels.com that was forwarded to the hotel management which to date has unsurprisingly been ignored."

"Clean and basic room. Nice amenities and free parking. Rooms are very dated and seem very overdue for a refresher, but was clean and comfortable enough for a nights stay. AC worked flawlessly on a day with heatwave in the area."

"Everything was fine good personel and they where very helpful"
