The internet was excellent, I got to actually do my work. Because it's a residential area, I used the transportation app to call the TT version of Uber. Very convenient. I did tell them the approximate time of my arrival flight, and I was picked up within a few minutes after I called them. A very friendly personality, as in, in just a few minutes, it felt like I had known her for a while! They also offer a courtesy trip to the nearby mall, etc. "

"What a special place to have stayed! The Pax Guest House is located atop Mount Saint Augustine in one of the nicest locations on Trinidad. Fantastic views from this well-preserved guesthouse that dates to 1925. Fantastic hosts manage this property. They are very helpful and reliable. The guesthouse provides a very delicious breakfast in the morning. Guests should be mindful however that bathroom facilities for some rooms (not all) are shared with other guests. "

"Home away from home is how I describe it. Beautiful traditional interior. Room was clean and not musty and quiet. Had a desk and chair which are not guaranteed for inns. Towels were scented. Snacks, coffee and tea available all day. And close to the airport. Would definitely stay here again."
