"Great spot and amenities "

"Easy to find, lovely little room, perfect for two nights stay. Breakfast was good, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only slight negative some people may experience is the nearest shops are at least a 15 minute walk away along with the transport links. Didn't bother me though, it's a lovely area to explore. "

"This was a really cool stay. The boat is beautifully preserved and the room I stayed in was clean, warm and very comfortable. However, it feels like something is not quite working correctly. Firstly it took me a while to get anyone to answer the intercom to let me in on check in - this was resolved easily and the room was ready for me. The biggest problem was breakfast. There was no breakfast room - instead it was served from reception and only cold sandwiches and a limited range of teas and coffee. This was incredibly disappointing. I would definitely stay here again if the breakfast was improved as the location was excellent and it was a novel experience."

"The staff at Quality Hotel 11 are wonderful - warm, welcoming, friendly and very helpful. I had a wonderful weekend there, and definitely plan to go back. The hotel is beautifully designed, the breakfasts are fantastic, and I would highly recommend a stay there - particularly if you're going to an event at Eriksbergshallen! "

"Reception staff and Hotel are nice. Had a beautiful sea view. Bonfires night, the nightclub continued until midnight which kept my child awake. Had an awkward moment with Emilie Ornqvist at breakfast where she refused to allow the Chef to make an omelette - we had one for the last 5 days. We even offered to pay for this but she refused - poor customer service from this individual and was quite rude. A good Hotel let down by an individual. "
