"Enjoyed our stay. My only negative comment is the spa. We arrived for our booked time and the hot tub was full of people. Bottles and drinks round the edge order both the tub and the pool. Same people were will there when we left two hours later. It’s a bit too much of a party atmosphere to be relaxing. Plus I didn’t appreciate all the dirty glasses and bottles round the pool. Otherwise there are some good amenities "

"Toller Ort mit einer Vielzahl von Freizeitangeboten/Aktivitäten. Die Umgebung auf dem Festland als auch auf der Insel ist sehr schön. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hause war leider enttäuschend. Bis zum Ende alle Mails und SMS auf Schwedisch !? Zudem hat uns eine familiäre Atmosphäre gefehlt, alles war recht kühl und distanziert."

"Reception staff and Hotel are nice. Had a beautiful sea view. Bonfires night, the nightclub continued until midnight which kept my child awake. Had an awkward moment with Emilie Ornqvist at breakfast where she refused to allow the Chef to make an omelette - we had one for the last 5 days. We even offered to pay for this but she refused - poor customer service from this individual and was quite rude. A good Hotel let down by an individual. "

"..A great hotel on the coast at Gullmarstrand. The breakfast was very plentiful. Unfortunately, they often ran out of "watermelon" and were a bit stingy. "But that's complaining at a very high level." The rooms were clean and small but nice. Very nice area. Dogs are also welcome here. I had a very nice lady at reception (brown hair, unfortunately I don't know her name). She really helped me a lot. They also serve dinner if you want it.
