"When traveling in VN and happen to have a stopover in Ho Chi Minh, VN we always stay at the Grand Hotel. They offer fantastic accommodations, sincere and welcoming staff and a breakfast buffet that’s unbelievably. "

"It’s an ok place. The 3 bedroom looked more like dorms than the upscale pictures. We ordered 4 drinks total from there and one was straight alcohol and we put it in freezer and it froze solid. They would not refund, even though they took the ‘frozen drink’, nor doc they replace it. Terrible customer service. The other drinks had one shot between them and the staff did not want customers watching them."
