"I booked this hotel, and then found out that I needed to stay in a different area 2 hours away. I tried to cancel with the hotel and also thru Hotels.com with 2+ weeks of when I was to stay there and they refused to refund me, and so did Hotels.com Thus making me lose money on a 2 night stay that I never did. Not a fan and won't book there again. "
