Certainly one of the better and safer places to be. Nice big rooms. Great staff. Hotel needs minor maintenance but certainly our group was happy with the hotel.

This property was a huge disappointment. It started off so well, the manager was helpful and communicating via WhatsApp to assist with our booking, the checkin girls were super friendly, unfortunately the food was terrible. I wasn’t feeling well so wanted to stay somewhere with room service to make meals easy. The first night we ordered 2 salads and it took 2 hrs to get our food and it was terrible. Why we tried again the next day is beyond me but we did… a sandwich and a bowl of rice took an hour and a half, my husband was the only one in the restaurant at the time. It is a costly place to stay for having such terrible food. We moved to CBA hotel for our last night in Tanga and it was a breath of fresh air with great food and service:)

The key card did not work. It took some time to get a key that worked for the door. The bathroom had a terrible odour as it had 3 or 4 urinal discs sitting on a ledge above the door. Check out was 10 am which is very early.

This is a modern hotel with very good facilities. The airport is less than 15mins by taxi but the bus terminal our bus from Lushoto used was a good distance out of town. There were very few other guests which made the place seem a bit strange. Open area on the 7th floor has good view of Tanga.Tanga is not a tourist town and there is very little to see or do there, the hotel does not have tourist information available.
