"OK, so I read the past reviews of this property (only 2, but both were positive with high ratings.) We usually like to try different places in the Thai countryside, but this place definitely changed our minds, and we'll stick with our favorite, The Slive, as it's not much more, always great and has one of the best breakfast offerings anywhere. When we arrived at about 9:30PM, the reception/office was cluttered and messy, so I didn't go in, instead I waited outside. My Thai GF did go in and she...

"The hotel itself is clean, with very pleasant staff, and very good value. It is not really within walking distance of much, so either a car or ability to walk a few km is needed. I was very happy with the hotel, but location is only ok."

This hotel is set around nice lawns and gardens, is quiet and serene. Staff are very helpful and always pleasant to guests. English is limited but good enough to communicate. They have basic western breakfast which is nice. The restaurant is pleasant and has a lot of choices, including western dishes. We enjoyed our stay here.

I think the rooms are good considering the low price, clean and very nice staff at the hotel. Only (small) issue was there was no chairs in the room, apart from that we were happy with our stay
