"My overall stay at Hyatt Centric was excellent! The hotel was very clean, modern, and centrally located, which made it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and other nearby attractions.
Housekeeping came daily, and I had the pleasure of meeting Angel, who cleaned my room. She was an exceptional housekeeper. She was friendly, attentive, and did a wonderful job keeping everything spotless. The front desk staff was also extremely helpful and always greeted me with a smile.
The only downside was that the outdoor pool was always very crowded, so unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to enjoy it. However, I visited during a busy season, so I completely understand, and this was certainly not the hotel’s fault. I did book a spa treatment during my stay, which gave me access to the spa amenities, including the indoor pool, so I was still able to enjoy some relaxing pool time.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay at Hyatt Centric again. The cleanliness, location, and excellent staff made it a great choice!"
