"We had a great stay. Kaif who did our checkin did a great job and took us to the room and gave us a walk through. Restaurant staff were very courteous and the food was excellent. Breakfast was awesome yummy. Checkout was easy as well. Special shoutout to the team who packed our breakfast as we were leaving pretty early in the morning. Overall very positive experience. "Excellent place, hasn’t changed a bit in the 3.5 years since we were last there (sometimes hotels degrade; not this one). Killer breakfast with lots of buffet options and out of buffet to order (free!) options. Room are huge and clean. Ask for a higher floor to get a better view and quieter room. There was some construction when we were there but the noise was small and it was 8-6."

"Very bad experience I had during my stay. Though they are claiming 3 to 4 star equivalent but in practical they dont have such facilities. Complementary breakfast was worst than I ever experienced and thier stuff are very rude and dont know how to behave with the guest."

"Booked this hotel for partens as this was close to the US consulate. The overall experience was not good. Rooms - Bedsheets were not clean, coffee cups in the room has stain marks. Floor and toilets were not clean. Hotel - Overall lacked cleaniness Staff - Not helpful or polite. Always looking for tips. Stay away from this hotel."

"The bed was dirty it had hair all over the Bedsheet and the pillow covers and there was some dirt also"
