"The staff were very welcoming on arrival and managed to getbus checked in early. The room was spacious and the beds extremely comfy. The tea and coffee facilities were very basic and the kettle in the room was well used. Breakfast was very basic for the price and i think very expensive for what was on offer. Other than this the stay was nice and again the staff were all polite and helpful"

"Convenient to road system but unaffected by traffic noise. Free parking. Reception friendly and efficient. Lifts available. My room had 2 double beds which made the room seem cramped. The bed I used was comfortable. Ensuite bath with an over shower. I had to fix the shower curtain back on the track to avoid soaking the floor. Food good quality and reasonably priced."

"Only booked Wednesday to stay Thursday night and got an exceptional deal breakfasts brilliant. Very grand and leisure centre very good pool warm and gym good . could definitely recommend We were upgraded and had large bedroom with 4 poster bed. Very good to do the Royal Airforce Museum at Shifnal that also was excellent. The day after we went to National Memorial Arboretum at Staffordshire well worth and visit and these two places were ffree of charge. "

"Our room smelled of cigarette smoke, the wash basin was cracked, the furniture was chipped, and the decor very tired the several areas of the property needed decorating and maintenance especially the ceiling in the lounge which was very stained with a water leakage. The breakfast was very good and staff were very helpful."

"Group of friends staying two nights whilst attending an event at RAF Cosford. Booked a couple of months in advance after finding an extremely good rate for room only. (Considerably cheaper than most budget hotels) Wasn’t apparent at the time that the hotel was undergoing a major refurbishment (presumably just been bought by another company) All searches for the hotel kept linking back to an old website that advertised Room Service… which was no longer available when we tried to arrange...
