"Pool and hot tub were closed, shower didn’t have much hot water either. Besides those amenities being not great, hotel was fine. Nice and clean."

"The room was cleaner than the last time we were there. The front staff were courteous and helpful. The food was good but when we ate in the lounge the bartender should have had help. We had to wait a bit to be served because of it."

"Parking was easy and the staff were very pleasant. We could see that there was a renovation that is going on."

"The room was very clean and I love that they use the Dove Products in the bathroom as that’s what I use being someone who suffers with eczema the dove products works really well on my skin. Also whoever makes the white swan out of towels that’s on the bed is remarkable what a work of art. The breakfast choices are very good as well."

"The property is getting outdated but otherwise it is so clean looking. Some of staffs were friendly. The service was prompt when the toilet wasn't working. Spa was relaxing. Parking lot is pretty accessible. It would be nice to see the cement covering over the muddy area which is difficult for the wheelchairs."
