"Check in 5/10 servicio básico, poca amabilidad del joven recepcionista. Necesita mejorar su atención cliente. Check out 10/10 muy bien la señorita muy simpática y amable. Bell boy muy buen servicio. Hay que mejorar los tiempos de respuesta en los mensajes, correos, WhatsApp, muy mal servicio. Tardarse un día o 2 para contestar mensajes es demasiado. Jonás y Maribel en Blu 100 puntos para su servicio, felicitaciones por hacer más que bien su trabajo. La clase de servicio que ellos dan es la que esperaba en todas las áreas, hay que estandarizar esto."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The one issue we had was with the air-conditioning. It was set way too low for our comfort when we asked them to change it. They said they could not that it was locked. We requested extra blankets and it took us five hours to get them very close to midnight. Even though we called several times throughout."

"Nice room, bathroom old, all taps date from the 50es! Housekeeping did a good job, breakfast buffet is good with some change every day! Front desk are ok! The hotel is on very good spot, easy to go out and walk on a street and be safe, closed from the malls! OAKLAND mall is half mile by foot"

"Overall, I had a good stay at Oceana All Inclusive. I really enjoyed the food, especially the buffet breakfast and dinner. The snack bar by the ocean was also a great addition. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, and the resort had a nice atmosphere. However, there were a few things that could be improved. Some areas of the resort were quite far from the pools and beach, which meant a lot of walking. I also had to ask more than once for assistance with my luggage before someone came to help. Additionally, one staff member was not very friendly. One thing that stood out to me was the entertainment activities. There was a game where guests had to name things such as countries, fruits, and other categories, but it was conducted entirely in Spanish. While I understand that many guests speak Spanish, it would be nice if activities were also offered in English or made bilingual so that English-speaking guests can fully participate and feel included. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, especially the food and oceanfront atmosphere, but I believe there is room for improvement in guest services and inclusivity during activities."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Cayman Hotel. The view of the ocean from my balcony room was beautiful and one of the highlights of my trip. It was wonderful to wake up and enjoy the scenery right from my room. I would also like to recognize the waiter, who was very friendly and provided excellent service during my stay. His kindness and positive attitude made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful ocean views."
