"Despite the strong smell of chemicals that burned my eyes the moment I entered the swim/hot-tub area, the hot tub itself was so gross!! It literally had a dark gray/green slime and dirt all along the inside edge (where you sit/put your back up against). This was so absolutely disguisting, and there was scum floating on top of it. It was obvious that chemicals were just poured in without actually ever scrubbing down the edges and insides of the hot tub itself. The continental breakfast was all but gone by 9:20 AM. (I found that very upsetting). "

"Great communication with owners. Close to lake. Property was up for sale, but we were not informed of that. There was a separate lockbox for the realtor and we were worried they’d have a showing during our stay. Cute decor; nicely decorated. It could’ve been cleaned better; everything was quite dusty. Overall nice place would just recommend a better cleaning."

"We loved this home. Very clean and homey with a beautiful view of the lake. The kitchen has several appliances and is stocked with some dry staple ingredients. The hosts have thought of everything and are responsive to any questions. We will definitely be back. "

"This really is a cozy, cute place. You can tell a lot of personal love is being put in to it as its still somewhat of a work in progress but it does not keep it from being a great place to stay. The little pool table was a lot of fun and we absolutely loved the hot tub! The temp out side was still quite cool so it was very much enjoyed! We had pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen as well as plenty of bath towels and the beds were cozy enough....we all slept well. Also, Jacob was great with communication. I would definitely stay here again."

"We had a great stay overall! The property itself is beautiful, with gorgeous lake views and plenty of space for our group to spread out and relax. The pool was also a big highlight — really nice and a lot of fun for everyone. Hot tub was also nice with a beautiful pool. A couple things to note for future guests. The listing mentions 6 bedrooms, but the 6th “bedroom” is actually the game room with a twin trundle. It’s fine for kids, but not the most ideal setup for an adult, so just something to be aware of when planning.We also had an issue with the heat one night — it dropped to 62 degrees in the house, which made things pretty uncomfortable (and too cold to enjoy the pool). That said, the host was responsive and sent someone out the same day after we reached out.Overall, we had a really nice time and enjoyed the property — just a few things to keep in mind when booking! We would love to return. "
