"We loved the location of the hotel and the breakfast options. Gluten free options were available every day on request. Would’ve liked a kettle in the room as I do love a coffee when I first wake up. There are many restaurants and a supermarket so close to the hotel that we were never short of options. We couldn’t figure out the air conditioning so slept with the window open the first night - we were eaten alive by sand flies/mosquitos so it remained shut for the rest of our stay. The first 2 nights were incredibly noisy due to other guests shouting and screaming. However the following 2 nights were quiet and calm. The staff were helpful and friendly. We arrived earlier than check-in but were able to leave our luggage there so we could mooch around Pisa. Amazing view from the rooftop bar. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting Pisa. "

"I arrived late. The front desk associate was wonderful. She helped with my luggage. Took me to my room and explained everything. So helpful with restaurant information. The room was so nice. Very clean and great bed. Very comfortable. Great place to stay "
