"We got stuck in traffic so arrived very late to the property. The communication with the property was great. It wasn’t made clear on Expedia when booking that we’d have to pay extra for sheets The apartment was very tired It was a hot day and the apartment doesn’t have air con and only 1 window so it was very stuffy. "

"Staff were amazing and food was good however the hotel is in pooor condition Wall paper falling off the walls everywhere Carpets are coming up in all the corridors "

"The staff was exceptional! Warm, helpful and friendly! The spa was terrific and the food was excellent!"

"Cleaning and maintenance needed! Paper peeling off in the bathroom. Outside chair on the balcony was dirty and broken. Balcony covered in cobwebs. Bedroom door would not lock from inside. Bedding was clean, good towels and a good shower. Good location, great views."
