"I give the overall stay a 7. This is 100% due to the full size bed (bunk). It is not a full size mattress. It felt like 2 twin mattresses side by side. The quality of the mattress felt like a cot. I am 108 lbs and felt the springs / slats through the mattress. This was room 204. Everything else regarding the hotel was great. Staff, cleanliness, breakfast. "

"The hotel was very clean, and very quiet. As with my last few visits to different Comfort Inn facilities there was no one at the front desk upon arrival. This in no way is a bad review or a criticism of the employees. Just short staffing I’m sure. "

"Very interesting hotel with amazing design and beautiful rooms. I wish housekeepers would not knock on the room door at 8:00 in the morning. If they need to know who’s got check out earlier why not having a data list directly from the front desk. "

"Unfortunately the hot tub was down for cleaning during our visit and I had been looking forward to getting in the hot tub. There was an empty water bottle found behind our night stand, so the house keepers should be sure to check behind there during the cleaning!! The fridge was up to high and was freezing our drinks and food. But we enjoyed our stay and loved it"

"Jennifer checked me in and she was absolutely amazing! Prior to check in, I had some sudden plan changes therefore, I walked in with an overwhelmed and panicked 'state of mind'. (I was short with her and didnt give her the patience she deserved). She was patient and accommodating, and I walked away completely at ease. "
