A short 5-minute walk to Fellows Lake Marina & AMAZING Lakeside Biking/Hiking Trails, 20 minute drive to downtown Springfield or 45 minutes to Branson. Cook up a feast in the chef's kitchen or outdoor grill... shoot billiards in the upstairs library... spoil yourselves in the INDOOR HEATED POOL... take turns on the professional massage table or in the infrared sauna… watch Netflix upstairs in the double soaker tub... relax in adirondak chairs circled around the campfire pit -- This estate is perfect for group gatherings, family reunions, wedding parties, corporate retreats, or a romantic get-away for two!
NOTE: Owners Shannon & Charlie live in a backyard barndominium where they can be as available as needed but completely invisible otherwise.
