"When we arrived the heat was blowing so hot and would not cool down. Very thankful for the window. Your Maintenance guy arrived within a few minutes, got to work and resolved the issue. Just what any Maintenance guy would do but.... he was so kind, friendly and 100% customer service focused. He deserves something extra as a perk. "Very nice staff and restaraunt"

"The room was very nice with safe and refrigerator, large screen tv, and lots of plugs for my technology. bonus was a Starbucks in the lobby and the Expedia $10 credit a day was accepted for breakfast there. Parking lot access was directly of the lobby and in and out privilege was included in parking fee. Highly recommend this location"

"Suite is spacious, bathroom between two bedrooms/beds so both my daughter and myself happy with the set-up. Fridge is good size and microwave available in the room."
