"Check in was easy. Staff were friendly and efficient. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The bedding and towels were fresh and quite new. The shower room was very clean and the shower was nice hot and powerful. We paid extra for the breakfast. The coffee was very good and the selection of breads, pastries, yogurts, cereals, juice, boiled eggs, cheese, fresh fruit, dried fruits and butter, jams etc was great. "Good communication with the host. The house is very charming - although some door handles were loose and difficult to use at times. Be aware that if you are travelling with very young children or older people there is no hand rail on the spiral stairs with quite a large drop. The pool is lovely and a big, enclosed garden was great for the dog."
