"Check in was easy. Nice area behind the hotel to walk around the lake with some swings. Very calming area. Grocery store nearby to grab snacks. Lodging is a little older but still in good condition"

Its simplicity and self-reliance makes it the perfect nature getaway. We were there when it rained and the hosts have made it the perfect spot to curl up with a book or take a midday nap. They were also very accommodating and responsive. We can’t wait to get back and explore more of the nearby trails.
