"They advertised having several restaurants one of which was the buffet which they charge over ¥5,000 for and they weren't even serving anything other than dessert and one type of meat even though they advertised it as having many different types of food. Only one of the other restaurants was open and there is only one other restaurant in town that serves dinner. The rugs and sheets and everything were stained and the hallway rugs looked like they hadn't been cleaned since installation 30 years...

"Excellent location, right next to the river, not far from the castle and Okayama Korakuen. Lovely views of the castle and the river. The room (904) was spacious, but it looked twice as big as all the other rooms on the floor according to the floor guide. "

"Only stayed here one night but it was a lovely hotel by the sea. Everything you wanted was available and the staff went out of their way to help you. The rooms are very large and whilst the bathroom was a little dated it didn't mater. There is a lovely spa which I had a lovely massage there as well as a did in the pool. There is also a lovely bar and lounge are to chill in and gave a drink. Worth the drive to get there."

"I feel bad leaving a negative review because the staff were very friendly, and they were doing their best with limited resources and staff, in an old building. I guess the owner doesn't feel like spending any money on the place. Aside from being sandwiched in between a loading dockyard and massive, smoke-producing factories, the view was nice (if you looked straight ahead).
