"The room was awful. The bathtub would not drain, even over night. One of the beds was so squeaky that it kept us up all night. The wall paint was chipping, the phone message light blinked until I unplugged it. "

"Parking was easy and safe but there was no elevator, making getting luggage to the 2nd floor a bit of a challenge. I stayed for 2 nights and while my room was cleaned, they didn't make the bed. Parts of the walls in our hallway were open and marked off with caution tape. "

The staff customer service was EXCELLENT from front desk to our housekeeper to Leroy our shuttle driver. Will definitely stay here again when I come to CLT. Thanks everyone! "
