"A well run hotel, with extremely helpful staff. The only negative was poor lighting in the bathroom and the lack of a shaving mirror."

"Soweit alles in Ordnung. Die Einrichtung ist halt recht altmodisch."

"Beautiful Place! We didn’t take advantage of the beauty and restaurants this time since it was just a 2 day layover. We want to come back and enjoy the grounds of this property. Valkenburg is a cute and clean town."

"Pet-friendly Kind and helpful staff, especially Lucas! Good breakfast "

"Cannot say enough good words to describe Hotel Janssen. Lovely place. Great room. Awesome to get coffee drinks or tea in the library. Spent much time out front in the garden type area. Place felt like home. Surprised at the village where hotel was located. So much shops, pubs, and restaurants. Everyone was pleasant in Valkenburg."

"Amazing stay at Thermae 2000! Would go back again and again. The room was fantastic as was the food, pools, saunas, spas, and staff. Thanks!"

"Excellent hotel and friendly staff"

"Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel"

"Great location! "

"Amazing hotel, excellent service, welcoming and professional staff, location few minutes walking to the center, rooms are wide and perfect, breakfast is excellent with all varieties ,i really recommend it very strongly for families and friends ."

"Although the hotel was in a good location and had free parking , a nice room and an adequate breakfast. Unfortunately our 1 night stay was spoilt with the fact that on our arrival the hotel was completely locked up. Check in stated it was from 3pm and we arrived at half past. After ringing the proprietor, she arrived after half an hour to let us in. Our next problem was over the price we paid . Our offer included a free breakfast ,but the lady argued that we hadn't paid enough. So she rang...

"Superb new flat but poor without no milk or microwave - not everyone in the world drinks black coffee! Superb hotel and treatments but poor service upfront in the email on line booking - fortunately on arrival by having to escalate everything we got our special meal and spa -but don't know why the "total guest service" agents failed before then by neither responding nor booking what we asked for"

"Perfect!"

"Very nice hotel with helpfull and friendly staff. Great breakfast. Location was awesome, close to the Christmas markets and city center."

"Was enjoying my trip but the hotel manager at the weekend was unfriendly and unhelpful and clearly couldn’t wait to get out (closing the bar at 9pm on Saturday night)"

"Overall a great stay..quiet place and closer to city center.."
