"Room was clean although it needed some updating. There was an enough wear and tear to justify a renovation. Families should be encouraged to keep their kids with them and supervise. We had kids banging on our door and running away as a joke late at night and security wasn’t effective at all. Staff was very responsive to any of our requests and were pleasant. We enjoyed laser tag but felt very rushed afterwards and couldn’t even get a picture together. Overall, we had a great time and would come back!"

"Bathroom toilet was very dirty at our check-in. Spoke to desk clerk who explained it by saying it was coming from the tank and that they had a water problem."

"Really enjoyed my stay in a beautiful room looking out over the harbor. The bed was comfortable and the other furniture clean and attractive. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Both breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant were excellent, and the view from the dining room and outdoor terrace lovely. Enjoyed walking a loop around the property, including the boardwalk along the shoreline.. Would have been very happy to stay longer!"

"Everything was clean and tidy. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, and we found everything we needed.The views were excellent and we had a lovely time with family. "

"Our TV and phone were both out. No staff member was able to reset them. If we hadn't had a cell phone we would not have had any outside communication. Breakfast was only scrambled eggs, sausage gravy and biscuits no additional meats. Some Danish and a waffle maker but no batter."
