"My son and I were in town for a fishing tournament on Kerr Lake. The property was perfect for us. It is definitely off the beaten path, but we loved it. Couldn't use the dock because the water was too high in the lake, but we loved it. "

"The view of the cove from the deck was great and a short walk to the deck and water. The cove was shallow but we were able to dock the pontoon. The house is a short boat ride to town. It felt like we were in the woods but actually in a neighborhood. I would stay there again. "

"We spent our annual summer family vacation at Lake Gaston this year and had a great time at Shannon and Chet's home. The house is huge, with an expansive main level that could accommodate all of our family. There are two primary bedrooms on the main levele that hsare a very large bathroom, and the remaining sleeping areas are all downstairs. Rooms are big and bright, and the furniture and beds were comfortable. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch, lake toys, but most of all, the beautiful new covered dock, which included a tv, bar, ceiling fans and plenty of space to be in or out of the sun. OVerall, it was a great trip."
