"The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.The views and the general aesthetic of the hotel was impressive. However, the service was slow and the irons need to be cleaned. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Avani Lesotho!"

"First, I got lost a number of times trying to locate the guest house On the first morning I arrived at the dining hall at 09h00 by then most of the breakfast had been eaten, I had to make do with some slices of bread and cheese which I asked for in the Kitchen. My booking included dinner which I had on the first night , but did not have on the second night. Please pay attention to the maintenance of wall plugs and remote control in room 105."

"The place was okay and we were not far from everything. The only challenge was the bathroom had spiders, the preparation for breakfast took too long but it was good standard. Not enough parking for guests, no iron facilities but we were eventually assisted. The staff were friendly."
