"Stayed here on a short 3 day business trip to Lesotho. The staff were excellent. Welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms looked to have been recently updated. It also looked as if the rooms had been recently updated with new floors, paint and lighting. The room furniture was a bit dated and worn and our room looked to have had some water damage as one part of the wall was pealing and cracking. The food in the restaurant was good and the dining room staff was great. We would recommend and stay here again."

"I stayed for a night. The aircon works and is quiet, which is a big bonus for summer. Staff are friendly and obliging. Pricing is very affordable. However, numerous small repair issues point to a lack of care and pride. Fortunately i needed to get up early, as from 5.45am there are noises from music and staff that may disturb you. The bed is fine but pillows tired. Curtain are very thin so at night there is always outside light coming in."

"Admittedly, I was at first concerned when driving in from the main road. But upon arrival, all concerns were put aside. The staff was the most friendly and helpful that I have encountered in recent travels. Breakfast was absolutely great. One should also consider taking evening meal here as well. I would highly recommend making reservations while stay in Maseru."

She doesn't drive and they helped to pick her up at the airport and drop off..i wanted to surprise her with a spa and they referred me to a wonderful Juju Beauty spa who did an excellent job too....thank you so much to the staff for good communication and very helpful "
