"Nice, clean property with air conditioned rooms. Very comfortable and a nice view of the lake. My only comment is that is it not close to many restaurants, but this is no issue if you have your own car."

Dans les toilettes fortes odeurs. Les allergies sont ressorties. Eclairage trop faible dans la cuisine. On n'y voit rien le soir. Pour ma reservation "2 chambres 3 personnes", il y avait 1 seule chambre et le canapé convertible avec un matelas fin. "

"Studio was well equipped, comfortable and quiet. Bathroom clean, shower good with lots of hot water. Pool area lovely, lots of sun loungers. The area outside the studios looks very desolate and not well maintained, this may be due to the location - we were on the sea side of the complex which is across the road from the main facilities and the pool area which is the forest side. "Breakfast adequate. Our room looked over the road. Reception staff were lovely but man behind bar a bit dismissive and not polite. Nice loacation onto a lake."

"Absolutely adored the quietness of the area, even if the hotel was full, the pool area was quiet. Likes the option to have meals on the patio. The lakes offer many options plus have great beaches that do not get overcrowded. Great staff also at the hotel. Very friendly and caring. "

"The location is good however the place is in very poor condition. Everything is very old and run down. The selection for breakfast is poor. Our stay was way over priced for what we got. They don’t clean the rooms or leave any cleaning products. They don’t give you pool towels. The common areas are old and dirty. Overall is is very expensive for what you get."

"Positives - The balcony is genuinely useful for drying clothes and towels. On-site parking is a major plus in Hossegor as street parking is a nightmare, though spaces fill quickly. The location itself is excellent and easily walkable to both the lake and town centre. Negatives - Check-in & Access: The door code didn't work. We had to trek back to reception, which is in a different building on a different street—information you only discover after arrival. They issued a replacement...
