Also worthy of mention are the catering/restaurant staff for the dedicated service in providing sumptuous meals for guests. Traveling from the United States, we were especially grateful for the prompt, professional communication before arrival and the warm welcome we received from the moment we entered the property. The staff consistently treated us with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care, truly embodying their motto, “The Art of Hospitality.” The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable; with excellent air conditioning, strong hot water, blackout curtains, and bottled water provided throughout our stay. The hotel is filled with stunning African art, creating a peaceful atmosphere that feels both luxurious and culturally rich. Small personal touches such as fresh cookies, fruit baskets, and handwritten notes made the experience feel intimate and special.
