There are many places to eat in Tokiwadai close to the hotel including a bento store, McDonald's, ramen, and a 7/11 and FamilyMart. There's even a supermarket! Be aware you will need to sort your own trash and that there is no daily cleaning service... but I'm sure we can all clean up after ourselves yeah?"

"This place is brand new, maybe one or two check ins before us. We are about to check out with our 3 kids, 10,11,12. They loved it🤗 About 5-7 mins walk to the Koenji Station, a couple 24/7 convenient stores a block away. One of the Best and very quick to respond hosts I’ve ever dealt with. Very very clean with extra towels and brand new washing machine. Highly recommend it!"

"This property is alright, if you are on a short stay. If you are staying for 3 or more days, I do not suggest as this is an unmanned property. I only got to know after booking was confirmed! Had to get my local contact call them before they reacted. On top of that, when housekeeping was sent, a sloppy job...
