"I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at this hotel was disappointing enough that I feel other travelers should know what to expect. From the moment we walked into the room, there was a strong unpleasant odor that immediately made us uncomfortable. The room smelled stale, dirty, and as if it had not been properly cleaned in quite some time.
As we looked around, it became clear that cleanliness was a major issue. There was food smeared on the doors and visible dirt and grime throughout the room. The condition of the room made it feel as though housekeeping had either rushed through the cleaning process or skipped important steps altogether.
The bedding was one of the most concerning parts of our stay. The sheets appeared dirty and did not look freshly changed. Finding stains and signs of previous use on bedding is unacceptable in any hotel, and it left us questioning the overall sanitation of the room. It’s difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep when you don’t feel confident that the room has been properly cleaned.
Throughout our stay, the lack of attention to detail was noticeable. A hotel should provide guests with a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment, but unfortunately this property failed to meet even basic expectations. The unpleasant smell, dirty sheets, food residue on surfaces, and overall condition of the room made what should have been a relaxing stay.
We ended up leaving and going to another hotel without a refund."
