"We stayed at Tsubaki House en route to Kamikatsu. It was a nice change from hotel rooms. An entire house with nice water view exactly as per the photos. The property is very private and accessed by a narrow road. Staff that handled check in and check out super friendly and proactive. They were very helpful. Take some food for BBQ. There are some places to eat in driving distance. Great place to stay for a family or small group."

"This place is beautiful and a wonderful place to get away to enjoy the stillness. Without committing to a 20 to 40 minute walk or a taxi, I would suggest bringing food and drinks."
