Guadalupe at Mcjestic made a great quesadilla and was very fast at serving everyone.
Sergio was great on letting us know about different offers and the itinerary for each day.
I believe his name was Jonathan at the lobby bar but he was great and friendly every time we seen him.
Martin in photography was very fast and efficient and we received great photos.
The hotel was modern and well kept. The restaurants were beautiful, we recommend making a reservation at Kabuki, I believe our cook was Gabriel he was very entertaining and the food was delicious.
This was such a great experience and I would recommend it with everyone but I will have to add some things that were disappointing. Many restaurants were closed and the calendar didn’t say it would be closed. There are dress codes in the restaurants so it sucks when you leave the pool and want to just grab a quick bite to eat. We were told at checkout that there was a $9,000 in peso charge added to our room but due to their system being down they could not provide details of the charge. We are currently waiting on a email to receive any updates of this matter.
We hope to one day come back again. These complaints are more so related to preferences and convenience. This is an overall excellent resort. "
