"Breakfast was great!"

"A few things were amiss, but nothing too major. Shampoo and conditioner were empty. Fridge froze things overrnight. Hotel staff were amazing and handled the problem. Beds were a little on the hard side for me and windows in room were small. That is all personal preference. Overall, stay was good! Room was clean and friendly staff. LOVE that checkout is noon! "

"I needed to disconnect and relax in a quiet place. The Riverwalk in Gladwin, MI offered all of the above. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to book any massages while I stayed there during the weekday and will just have to do so on my next trip. The In- house dining experience was great with ample variety of options, however I noticed some inconsistency on the to go charges. For example I wasn't charged for the 10% to go fee on the first couple times I ordered food but on the last day, I saw a 10% to go fee on my bill and I didn't see it written anywhere on the website nor print out menu. I'm not at all complaining about the to go fee, however it would be nice to know and to have consistency. Overall, it was a great stay and experience and will consider of going back. Thanks! "

"I wouldnt give this hotel a 2 star rating. I think it should be at least a 3 star. Very clean, comfortable rooms. I was in town for work reasons and i would definitely stay again! "
