"The hotel is in a fantastic location, right next to Buchanan Bus Station, making it extremely convenient for transport links and city centre venues.
The room was of a very high standard, with a very comfortable bed and complimentary amenities, including bottled water, tea, coffee and biscuits. The room was also well equipped with a safe, iron and hairdryer. The bathroom was excellent, and the shower was particularly good.
Despite being located on the 11th floor, the lift was rapid, smooth and silent.
Check-in and check-out can be done on-line with room keys collected from a self service portal in the hotel reception area. This was very useful as a large group arrived at the same time as me. I collected my room key without having to stand in a lengthy queue.
The buffet breakfast offered a wide selection of options, all of which were of good quality.
My only observation is that there was no guest information provided in the room. A simple information booklet or guide would have been useful, covering the hotel’s facilities, dining options and serving times, Wi-Fi access, and instructions for operating the television and air conditioning.
Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay. The excellent location, high standard of accommodation, comfortable bed and quality breakfast made for a very positive experience. Providing some basic guest information in the room would be a useful finishing touch to an otherwise excellent stay."
