Since their Head Office didn't forward the booking details to the site. They refused to accept my booking, since they have over sold the rooms. "Honestly a very disappointing hotel. Online it looks lovely but the reality of metal construction without insulation means a boiling hot room that the AC can’t counteract and from others walking. The restaurant was comparable to Faulty Towers!
