"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. Our room and the hotel lobby appeared to have been tastefully updated, the ocean-view balcony was beautiful, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We also enjoyed playing the mini-golf. One small observation is that amenities and breakfast items were provided quite sparingly. We received limited soap, shampoo, and towels, and some breakfast items, such as yogurt, seemed to be available only upon request. That said, whenever we asked for anything, the staff were happy to provide it promptly and courteously. Overall, we found this to be an excellent value and suspect that keeping extras to a minimum helps maintain the lower room rates. We also found that booking well in advance helped secure a better rate. We would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a clean, pleasant, affordable place to stay."

"Cannot recommend this place enough! During a recent stay for a friends wedding the staff were exceptionally helpful during the set up for ceremony and the reception after. The room I stayed in was very clean and had no issues to speak of. It had an excellent view of the lake, and was very quiet as I couldn’t hear any other guests during my stay."

"Our cabin was super clean and cozy, not fancy, in the best way, comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was probably my favorite part. What really stood out though was how kind and genuine everyone was. The staff even found our wallet, alerted us via text and dropped it in the mail to us before we even arrived home. You don’t always get that, and it made the whole stay feel more personal. This place has such a peaceful, laid‑back vibe. If you’re looking for somewhere to unwind and just slow down for a bit, this is it. We’ll definitely be back."

Comfort Inn & Suites Ocean Shores

"The front desk employees were friendly. The hot tube in our room was surprising as it was a full size circumference wise. It was shorter but just as wide asa regular hot tub. My only complaint was the bird poop on the window thru our view of the ocean. We have the kind of cleaner where you put on your hose as we have a 3 story home. When I asked I was told they have window washers once a year. Besides that it was a great hotel to stay at."
