"Breakfast was a major letdown, everything including coffee wasn’t being restocked in a timely manner. Guests had to repeatedly knock the kitchen door for food items, even then they didn’t materialize. The room walls had stains on them and elevators had a bad odor. They charged 3 star prices for what wouldn’t even pass for a 1-2 star experience. I think being next to freeway allows them to get away with it. This experience has turned me off this hotel chain."

"Much nicer in person than the pictures. Had a hiccup with the heater but roshell was very responsive in resolving and great with communicating from the beginning. Will stay again when in town. "

"This is a beautiful couple or small family retreat center. The pictures do not do it justice. Beautiful 4 acres to roam, build a fire for smores, and comes with a very large private jacuzzi with powerful massage jets.Eric is a wonderful host--very communicative and responsive. Will bend over backwards to accommodate. Very convenient to I45 as a central Texas gathering point.Would highly recommend! "
