"We had a fantastic stay this past week at this property! The location of the Villa was perfect- steps away from a gorgeous beach and having a nice pool was amazing. We also appreciate the privacy it (Villa) provided.My family and I have stayed at other properties on Exuma, this by far has to be the best one! This modern Villa is laid out perfectly, plenty of room for two large (we brought our best friends along this time) families. The entire property is immaculately maintained!The location of the property is close to the airport and very central on the island. The kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a home cooked meal together. Thank you Angelique, Gabby and Dmitri for the opportunity to enjoy your beautiful property!! We will be back!!"

"This was our 7th or 8th trip to Exuma (from Fort Lauderdale) and once again we had a wonderful experience. February Point is a great neighborhood, so close to Georgetown shopping and basics. The rental is huge and has so many amenities. My husband loved the gym and I loved the family of sea turtles under our dock. Having the boat as part of the rental was THE BEST PART however. Exuma is all about having access to the water we have found. This truly made this our best vacation there yet!"

"What word comes to mind when staying at Aqua Vista…UNFORGETABLE! Aqua Vista has a little something for everyone…beach combing and critter hunting, sunbathing and relaxing on the dock and floating island, snorkeling, paddle boarding and kayaking for the adventurer and shallow waters calm enough that you can just stand and chill or float for as long as you’d like. The view is spectacular! We enjoyed many coffee filled sunrises on the dock and happy hour cocktails later in the day. Kitchen was well stocked for our meals in. There was never a time that we didn’t have what we needed, including the stock of spices and herbs that we helped to contribute to. We enjoyed our evenings in playing UNO and streaming movies as the WiFi connection was great! My husband was also able to keep up with work emails a bit during our down time in the early morning. We loved visiting Roy’s Lounge and the restaurants in town on our evenings out. Eric and Gina were fantastic to work with and we were grateful for the videos and detailed files we received prior to our visit. They were only a text away with any questions we had and got back to us very quickly. We used many of their recommendations for our excursions and when renting a car for the six of us. I think the other feature of the house we enjoyed was the outdoor bathroom. Not only were the outdoor showers the best, but I loved all the special decorating touches. It was so hard to leave and we can’t wait to go back! "

"We had a wonderful time at this property. We had 5 adults and 2 children and space for everyone to have privacy. The pictures and information were very accurate. The owner provided detailed information for local restaurants and points of interest. The beach was private and beautiful. We loved the kayaks and the pool. As stated it is a remote place- about 45 minutes from Georgetown, but again it made for privacy. Due to our travel dates many local restaurants on little Exuma end were closed for the season. We had two meals catered. I highly recommend Chef Vandera- amazing food!!If I had a draw back it would be the distance from town but it was mainly due to our travel dates and the closing of nearby restaurants. This is not a negative to the property- I can not recommend this house enough. Tropic of Cancer beach was walking distance. When we go back to Exuma we will definitely be returning to this property! "

"Our stay was AMAZING! Stayed at one of the ocean view cottages and the room was perfect. Huge bathroom and amazing balcony with lounge style chairs to sit back and enjoy the night, stars and sounds of the ocean! The restaurant was AMAZING. The food was really good and fresh made to order. I recommend the peas and rice with lobster and shrimp dish they have! "

He arranged for our rental car to be delivered to his beautiful location we stayed at and made sure we had transportation from airport ready and there to pick us up once we arrived. "Check in and interaction with the property manager was easy, timely, and clear. The property was all it was advertised to be and more. Our family (us plus our 6 college-aged kids and one high schooler) had plenty of room for hanging out, cooking, eating and enjoying water sports (kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming in the pool). The kitchen was well equipped and there was an extra refrigerator in the laundry room and a grill outside. Location is central to airport, Georgetown, and Little Exuma. Enjoyed use of the boat as well. All in all the perfect family vacation getaway for families of all ages!"
