"I stayed at this resort for 4 days and 3 nights, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing due to the condition of room 3711. From the very first night until the day I checked out, the air conditioning was not working. I called the front desk more than three times requesting assistance, and each time I was promised that someone would fix the issue, but nothing was ever resolved. They also did not offer me a room change, which was very frustrating.
On top of that, the room had water leaking from the ceiling and had a bad smell. The humidity and heat inside the room made it extremely uncomfortable, especially at night. I experienced sleep deprivation because I could not rest properly in those conditions.
I expected a relaxing stay, but instead I spent my vacation dealing with issues that should have been addressed immediately. Better maintenance and customer service are definitely needed."
