"My boyfriend and I visited Punta Cana for the first time and stayed at Ocean Rl Faro Resort. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with friendly staff. Our flight was quite early in the morning and we arrived well before check in time. Hotel staff was super accomodating and provided our room 3 hours early. We had our own personal concierge named Hector who was absolutely amazing. He texted us through our stay to ensure we were enjoying our time and making sure we had everything we needed. He was able to answer any questions we had and was very friendly and professional. He made all of our reservations for us, helped set us up to booked excursions and helped out any way he could. He was great! We booked our excursions through the hotel and each one was lovely. Unfortunately we were unable to complete one excursion due to windy weather, but we were provided a refund for this and appreciated this very much. The rooms were beautiful and cleaning staff was lovely, even making us cute little towel folds with flowers. The resort itself was great with activities for everyone. Lastly, the food was amazing at every restaurant we went to, and drinks were awesome too. Definitely would recommend this resort! They had many activities for kids too so great for families. "
