"We had a very enjoyable stay at New World Saigon Hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to Ben Thanh Market, restaurants, shopping and many of the main attractions in District 1.
The staff were friendly, professional and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious, and the hotel facilities were very well maintained. We were offered an upgrade to a suite on the 11th floor, which had additional costs, but was well worth the space and view!
Breakfast was a highlight, with a large variety of both local and international options. The pool area was also a great place to relax after a day of exploring the city.
Overall, a comfortable and convenient hotel with great service, excellent facilities and a fantastic location."
