"The room and hotel amenities were clean and well maintained. However, the front desk staff were not particularly friendly during my stay. Breakfast is quite basic and lacks savory options. If you are traveling for work and are not expecting a wide variety of Colombian breakfast options, it may be sufficient."

I asked if they had any pillows that were lower as the ones they give you are stiff and high, definitely not hotel-grade. They said they only have one style of pillow in the entire building. Disappointing. Difficulty sleeping. The towels are super old, worn and rough, not hotel-grade. It was too expensive for the poor experience."
