"The property owner is very nice, but the condition of the outside of the house was surprising. There are several old trailers along the driveway, old lumber, trash and old building supplies. There is one bedroom on the main level and bathroom with the only shower downstairs. Upstairs has three VERY small bedrooms and an usual bathroom with a tub.
