"The property is undergoing a renovation which caused a few minor hiccups but the professionalism and genuine kindness of the staff made up for any slight inconvenience! Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the complimentary cocktail reception in their new patio area. I can't wait to visit again to check out the new restaurant they're opening soon :) Bravo to Violet and her enthusiastic front desk staff and to F&B Director Ed for delivering true customer service during our stay... "This was a great find it was one of the nicest cleanest hotels. I’ve been at in Tallahassee. I really appreciate all the little touches. The room was excellent. The facilities were wonderful very clean very safe and a nice breakfast to start the day off."
