"It was ok for the price and only one night, but I would not stay here for multiple nights. Check-in was fine and staff brough extra towels to room as requested. Atrium is nice a spacious, plus a good gaming area with pool table and arcade games. Room was ok but bathroom was dingy. Hot water was not, it was on the upper end of lukewarm and I was the only one to shower at 6am. Pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance/painting...in summer when people are on vacation. Not the right time to...

"No one thing stands out as awful. It was just a series of aggravations and disappointments starting with a long wait for someone to check us in. The wrong bill was printed out. There were no washcloths. Short on breakfast items... We paid more to stay here rather than a neighboring place where we've stayed in the past for the music festival, and we slept just fine and the room was clean and quiet enough, but it disappointingly wasn't worth the extra price."
