"Stunning hotel with layers of history. The breakfast had an enormous selection of great food. We made reservations in advance for the dinner and were treated very well with delicious food. Don’t miss the tour of the Cistercian monastery. Give yourself at least 3 hours to walk through the natural park, with one beautiful waterfall after another. There aren’t enough superlatives to describe this place."

"I like the place, is in an exotic location, not much around, peaceful however I would say is not "thermal water" is natural spring water (a little cold) for what we are used to. not many food options, we found the hotel menu to be expensive "

"El hotel es antiguo pero está renovado. Tiene amplios salones para estar tranquilo. En la estancia incluyen un circuito de termas que es básico pero correcto. Además puedes hacer uso del lago termal cuantas veces quieras. En la habitación dejan albornoz. Tiene una zona de aparcamiento enfrente del hotel. Principalmente se ve que los clientes son parejas."

"Falta de personal en todo, largas esperas para acceder al Spa, un sólo camarero en cafetería para atender 20 mesas.. Desidia total del propietario para ahorrar costes en todos los servicios."

"Muy bien en general.Las instalaciones de los baños termales, piscina, esta poco cuidada, chorros que no funcionan, pisina de agua caliente no funciona, chorros de entrada a la piscina no funciona"

"El hotel está bien, excelente, pero no es lo que Expedia me vendió. El Hotel Castillo de Ayud de 4* y con Spa que consta en mi reserva no existe desde 2021, según el Hotel Globales Castillo de Ayud (de 3* y sin Spa) que es donde tenía la reserva y que ofertáis más barato que el que no existe. "

"Mesón de la Dolores is old, picturesque with wood beams and painted plaster. The staff are friendly and it is clean. However our room was dark and airless with only a tiny shuttered window overlooking an internal space of the reception area and bar. The airconditioning was not working. It was extremely noisy. We could hear loud conversations throughout the evening and all night. We had a most uncomfortable sleepless night. The restaurant was cheap but poor quality. The small car park was full...

"The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Host is very friendly and welcoming. He runs a bar just opposite the establishment where you can good food and drinks. We slept well but a fan in the room could make it more comfortable in hot summer days."

"La ubicación está bien, pero como hotel no lo recomiendo. La habitación tenia los muebles de los años 70, El baño era minusculo, pues solo cabia 1 persona, la comida escasa en el comedor y en la cafeteria pesima y en mal estado. No recomendaria para nada el hotel y tampoco le daria la Q de calidad que tiene otorgada. Las habitaciones no cuadran para nada con la que nos tocó"
