"My experience wasn't pleasant when I checked in. One member of the hotel who approached me was very aggressive trying to show us the hotel, for some kind of membership, and because, we refused to do it, didn't let us do early check in and wait at the lobby for an hour and a half or I had to pay $12:00 for early check in, but, we checked out at 8:00a.m instead of 12:00p.m and didn't give me any refund for those 4 hours I didn't use. The room was very clean, the bed vey comfortable, I was disappointed about the adult shows at night, really I didn't saw any in 5 nights I was there, only had some kind of trivia. I came back with a lot mosquito bites. The buffet has not variety, every day serve almost same food. The rest of the staff, beside the member at the check in, very nice and Ms. Niurka, from customer service has exceptional customer service skills; she minimizes the bad experience we had at check in. She knows how to resolve difficulties smoothly. Also mr. Jose from the buffet area, was very nice and courteous. He was very diligent to help us when we need it."

"La comida excelente, quedamos súper satisfechos. Sería excelente que tuvieran alguna otra dinámica en la noche para niños, cine o teatro. Y el snack de la madrugada también seria bueno que estuviera más completo, la comida estaba muy dura, y poquitas opciones. Pero por lo demás todo estuvo excelente, sin dura volveríamos ❤️"

"I love it! It was clean, the staff was friendly and surprisingly spoke English very well, which was great for me as I’m not a Spanish speaker. The grounds were so beautiful with butterflies and hummingbirds all over the place. I didn’t go in the pool, but it looked very inviting. The complementary lemonade was great. The breakfast that was included went way beyond my expectations. It started as a continental breakfast, which was pretty standard, but then you can add your choice of other entrées as well. My pancakes were great. The rule from the room was spectacular. The bed was spacious and comfy. The bathroom was large and European style if you know what that means. I would definitely go back again on any future trips that I make to the Valley."

"We reserved the 2 bedroom suite looking over the pool area and a great view of the ocean. Everything was amazing. The shows at night were very professional. The daily activities kept us busy. We enjoyed ourselves."

"The staff were so friendly. We arrived a little early and they were able to get us into our room very fast even though we didn’t ask. They had great service in the restaurant as well. The breakfast was tasty. It’s also very close to some local shops and a casino. The pool was big and very well maintained. The rooms were clean and ours had a nice covered sitting area where we sat outside and watched the rain. We would stay here again!"

"Christophe and his family were amazing hosts. The breakfast was incredible and fit for a king. The grounds, room and pool were decorated beautifully and very well maintained. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We highly recommend this place."

"Bonitos paisajes. Habitación limpia Me parece que la caminata de sendero y lo de la rana dorada y otras especies el precio no está acorde para lo que realmente es. El restaurante puede mejorar."
